Suspects Arrested For Committing Identity Theft Against Celebrities

Two suspects have been arrested in Florida for allegedly stealing credit card information from celebrities including actors Ashton Kutcher and Kim Kardashian. Luis Flores, 19, and Kyah Green, 41, both of Lake Mary, were arrested on August 7 following a lengthy investigation by the Secret Service, FBI and local law enforcement, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The celebs were not the only public figures targeted by the identity thieves as they had also been collecting information on various political figures. Investigators founds collected records on Vice President Joe Biden, first lady Michelle Obama, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Hillary Clinton in a home shared by the pair.

The pair are accused of committing credit card fraud using the Kutcher and Kardashian’s social security numbers, allegedly having the car issuers send them new cards and then transferring over $70,000 into their own bank accounts.
